Summoners War: Rush, the latest entry from Com2uS, will officially launch worldwide on May 28, delivering a next-generation idle RPG experience as the new title reinvents the acclaimed Summoners War franchise by combining tower defense, high-stakes PvP, engaging campaign mode, and dynamic roguelike elements—offering a bold, strategic twist that stands out in the mobile RPG landscape.
At the heart of Summoners War: Rush lies its breakthrough tower defense gameplay, where players defend the “Sky Island” by strategically placing summons to fend off waves of enemies and bosses. Across 15 chapters and 180 stages, success depends on preserving life points and earning stars to unlock increasingly powerful offline rewards. Every replay invites more innovative strategies and deeper experimentation.
Enhancing the traditional tower format, roguelike elements emerge through a dynamic skill card system. Players gain Pylon experience during combat, unlocking or upgrading skill cards each time they level up. From slowing enemies to unleashing wide-range damage, each stage demands new tactics. No two runs are the same, and every card reshapes the battlefield.
Manual support skills—like crowd control stuns, attack buffs, and boss damage bursts—let players take direct control in critical moments, adding another layer of tactical play.
Campaign Mode and Challenge Mode for Core Players
The story-driven campaign mode offers exclusive missions such as Wash Away Troubles and The Dream Whisper, where players battle with limited cards under fixed conditions to uncover hidden lore. Four campaign storylines debut at launch, with more in future updates.
For players craving speed and skill, “Challenge Mode” tests your limits in a 25-wave, time-attack tower defense scenario. With real-time decision-making and a competitive leaderboard, Challenge Mode offers a weekly proving ground for elite strategists.
Away from the heat of battle, Summoners War: Rush taps into idle RPG mechanics that let players grow their teams passively. Field stages and boss battles run automatically with 12 summons, making progression smooth even when offline. Daily Dungeons and Area Investigations yield gold, XP, artifacts, and other materials to raise over 70 unique summons.
The “Training” system and equipment upgrades through magic balls open personalized growth paths, allowing players to fine-tune their squads over time.
PvP and Domination Content Expand Multiplayer Engagement
Players can test their builds in multiple PvP formats, from 10-summon duels to epic 25-summon colosseum brawls. With built-in auto-formation features, even beginners can jump straight into competitive play.
Land of Conquest and Creature War unlock at higher levels as domination-focused content. In Land of Conquest, players capture and develop regions to generate exclusive rewards. Meanwhile, Creature War sees users battling for control over high-reward ore nodes using a personalized lineup of 43 pets.
Summoners War: Rush will be available in nine languages, including English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, and German. With its seamless blend of tower defense, rich idle RPG mechanics, intense PvP, story-driven campaign mode, and ever-changing roguelike elements, Com2uS delivers a powerful new evolution in mobile gaming—perfect for casual fans and hardcore strategists alike.
