In the game, Protagonist Sam struggles with the devastating loss of her grandfather. Desperate for closure, she stumbles upon an eerie online forum that hints at a supernatural connection. Following cryptic clues, she ventures into an abandoned house in the mountains, hoping to reach the other side. The game’s chilling atmosphere and thought-provoking narrative promise a unique take on the survival horror genre.

Drawing inspiration from Resident Evil and Silent Hill, Heartworm integrates fixed-camera perspectives with over-the-shoulder gameplay.
