While on the other hand, her elemental burst, Rites of Termination, casts an Ice Lance into the ground that deals periodic bouts of AoE Cryo DMG. Players can get Rosaria through the Venti banner, including boosted drop rates for Tartaglia and the brand new character, Rosaria.
